- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt Low-fat
- 2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter Or a nut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Honey Optional; or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Medium Mixing Bowl
- Mix together plain low-fat yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
