- 1 cup Yogurt Low-fat
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cucumber Peeled and thinly minced
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Mint Chopped
- Mixing Bowl
- Place all ingredients in bowl and stir well.
- Serve immediately. Add it to a green salad then combine with falafels and warm pita.
