  • 1 can Sweet Potatoes Mashed, or 1 medium-sized sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt Plain
  • Cinnamon To taste
  • Nuts Optional; chopped pecans, walnuts, etc.
