Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients 

  • 1 can Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Spices Paprika, curry powder, or other

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Colander
  • Baking Sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Dry chickpeas well and spread evenly in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle chickpeas with oil and lightly sprinkle with salt and spices of your choice. Roll or shake the pan to coat chickpeas in oil and spices.
  • Bake chickpeas for 25 minutes. Continue to bake and check for doneness every five minutes. Chickpeas should be brown and crunchy.
