Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients 

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt To taste
  • Ground Black Pepper To taste
  • Parmesan Cheese Optional; to taste

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place cauliflower florets on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
  • Roast until lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if using.
