  • 1 Banana Medium
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt Low-fat
  • ½ cup Milk Nonfat
  • 6 Strawberries Frozen
  • 1 Tablespoons Flax Seeds

  • Puree banana, spinach, yogurt, milk, strawberries and flaxseeds in a blender until smooth.
