Mixed Berry Chia Jam
A quick Mixed Berry Chia Jam recipe to help you sweeten up breakfast and use up any leftover berries before they spoil!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Berries Fresh or frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Equipment
- Small Jar or Airtight Container
Instructions
- Place all the fruit in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the fruit begins to soften and boil.
- With a fork or potato masher, crush the fruit to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the chia seeds and honey until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Serve and enjoy or store in a tightly sealed jar or container.
