- ½ cup Rolled Oats Heaping ½ cup
- ½ cup Milk Dairy or non-dairy
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Teaspoons Honey Optional; or maple syrup
- Fruit Optional; fresh, frozen, or canned

Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Spoon into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
- Close and refrigerate overnight.
