- 1 can Vegetables Mixed; fresh, canned, or frozen
- 1 Chicken Breast, diced
- 3 Manzanita Leaves
- Add can of veggie mix to saucepan.
- Add raw diced chicken breast or canned chicken breast and mananita leaves to pan with veggie mix.
- Simmer on low for 30 minutes until chicken breast is cooked through. Serve hot.
