Ingredients

  • 2 cans Potatoes 15 ounces, drained and sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in all the ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 12 minutes or until the potatoes are reddish-brown in color.
