Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 package Tofu 12 ounces, firm, cut into ½-inch cubes and patted very dry
  • 2 Onions Medium, diced
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • ½ cup Tomato Sauce
  • Ground Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 cup Muenster Cheese Optional; grated

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until hot but not smoking. Stir fry the tofu until golden about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside. Add a little more oil and sauté the vegetables.
  • Return tofu to pan and stir in tomato sauce.
  • Season with pepper and cook until bubbly.
