Ingredients

  • 1 can Pumpkin 15 ounces
  • cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Add the pumpkin mix to the flour mix and stir until just combined.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
