Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomatoes Fresh, chopped
  • 2 cups Corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Fresh, minced
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Chop tomatoes.
  • Rinse corn if canned.
  • Mince garlic and cilantro.
  • Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl and let it sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
