Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt Low-fat
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cucumber Peeled and thinly minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Mint Chopped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in bowl and stir well.
  • Serve immediately. Add it to a green salad then combine with falafels and warm pita.
