Ingredients

  • 4 Apples
  • 5 Carrots Small
  • 1 Fennel Bulb Or cabbage
  • Pickled Carrots Optional
  • 1 Shallot

Dressing

  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Vinegar
  • Brine From pickles

Instructions

  • Thinly slice or grate the apples, carrots, fennel, shallot, and pickled carrots in a medium serving bowl.
  • Mix together salt, pepper, vinegar, and pickle prine for the dressing in a small bowl. Add dressing to the vegetables.
  • Allow slaw to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy! Serve with tacos, pork, or on it's own.
