Instructions
Peel, core and slice apples.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat an 8x8 inch baking pan with butter or oil.
Prepare filling.
Prepare sauce.
Soften tortillas by heating them up for a few seconds on a warm “comal” while being careful not to burn them; a skillet or shallow pan can also be used.
Place soft tortillas on a flat surface; one by one spread a small amount of sauce on the tortilla and fill evenly with apple filling.
Roll up tortillas and place side by side, seam side down, in the baking pan you prepared (toothpicks can also be used to keep tortillas from unrolling).
Pour remaining sauce evenly over rolled tortillas.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
