Ingredients

  • 1 can Chicken with Rice Soup
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes Low-sodium
  • 1 can Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano Optional; dried
  • ¼ teaspoon Thyme Optional; dried
  • ¼ teaspoon Basil Optional; dried
  • ¼ teaspoon Parsley Optional; dried

Instructions

  • Prepare soup according to the directions on the can.
  • Add diced tomatoes and chickpeas. If using, add oregano, thyme, basil, and parsley.
  • Heat through.

Notes

  • If you have all the dried herbs available, use them all.
