Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 Banana Cut into small pieces
  • 4 Tablespoons Almonds Roughly chopped
  • 4 Medjool Dates Large, pitted, and roughly chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Honey
  • Coconut Optional; shredded flakes

Instructions

  • Divide the yogurt into 4 small serving cups.
  • Add the cut banana in equal parts, then 1 Tablespoon of chopped almond and dates to each cup. Drizzle a teaspoon of honey into each cup. If using, sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
