Ingredients

  • 1 bag Harvesting Good Broccoli
  • 1 large Sweet Potato Diced
  • 1 pound Chicken Sausage Sliced
  • 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix seasonings in a small bowl; in a medium bowl, add sweet potatoes and half of the oil and seasoning.
  • Add sweet potatoes to the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Add sliced sausage, broccoli, and the remainder of the oil mixture and seasoning in the same bowl. Stir well.
