Mixed Berry Chia Jam

A quick Mixed Berry Chia Jam recipe to help you sweeten up breakfast and use up any leftover berries before they spoil!

  • Small Jar or Airtight Container

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Berries Fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Place all the fruit in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the fruit begins to soften and boil.
  • With a fork or potato masher, crush the fruit to your desired consistency. 
  • Stir in the chia seeds and honey until well combined. 
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Serve and enjoy or store in a tightly sealed jar or container.
