Ingredients

  • 4 Apples
  • ¼ cup Goat Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Place apples on a clean flat surface and carefully trim off the top and bottom of each apple. Cut each apple widthwise into about 6 slices (¼-inch thick minimum).
  • Place the slices on a flat serving tray and use a mini open cookie cutter to cut out the center of each slices, removing the seeds etc.
  • Using clean fingers, mold a slightly heaping teaspoon of the goat cheese into the center of each apple ring. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top if desired, then drizzle with honey!
