- 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 slice Ham
- 1½ Cheese Slices
- ¼ Cucumber
Prepare all the ingredients: Slice the bread, ham, cucumber and cheese into squares approx. 2cm across.
Thread the ingredients onto the skewers, alternating between bread and fillings.
If packing for a lunch box, make sure you have ham or cheese between the wet cucumber and dry bread to avoid it going soggy in transit.
