Cook pasta according to package directions in a saucepan. Drain; set aside.
Spray a large skillet with oil spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add bell pepper and broccoli; cook for 2 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Reduce heat to low. Add tomatoes, pesto, lemon juice, and cooked pasta. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with black pepper and fresh basil for serving.
